Hungry for another slice or two??

In my last post on 'SLICES', I mentioned that the small fiber group I belong to, Aussome Fiber Group, also had a challenge back in 2006 to each create a SLICE. Here are our finished pieces from that challenge. I also included Carol's and my piece again this time with our original photo's.

The photo we worked from is first, then followed by the finished quilt. The photo's were either 'sliced' down the middle or at an angle and both photo and quilt each measure 8 1/2" x 11". The name of the person who worked on the slice is shown at the bottom of each picture. Hope you enjoy seeing our SLICEs of art work!

    these slices are really neat! how do two people work on them and get the tree trunks and stuff to line up perfectly? crazy!
